We aim to develop an innovative curricular framework that leverages an immersive VR and AR-based platform to introduce undergraduate students to smart grid cybersecurity. The platform enables hands-on exploration of grid vulnerabilities, including endpoint attacks and multi-vector threats, allowing students to analyze, mitigate, and respond to cyber risks in a controlled, high-fidelity environment. Its adaptable design supports integration into electrical, computer, and systems engineering curricula, functioning as both a standalone module and a supplementary resource for cybersecurity and power systems courses. By bridging the gap between theoretical instruction and practical application, this initiative enhances workforce readiness and contributes to national efforts to secure critical energy infrastructure.
