Semiconductor manufacturing is a highly intricate process where even minor deviations in equipment interactions can lead to inefficiencies, productivity losses, and high defect rates; however, existing Digital Twin (DT) solutions lack critical capabilities for detecting failures, identifying bottlenecks, and providing intuitive visualization for operational insights and training. To address these gaps, we propose an advanced DT tool suite integrating AI-driven failure detection, real-time production optimization, and an immersive VR interface for enhanced visualization and interactive analysis. Our approach includes robust data normalization for handling sensor inconsistencies, a modular API-driven VR environment for realistic training and testing, and a scalable DT infrastructure that seamlessly integrates with commercial platforms like ANSYS Twin Builder and PTC ThingWorx to enable real-time, adaptive manufacturing insights.
