Teaching Opportunity at NKU
Dear Colleagues
The department of Physics, Geology, and Engineering Technology at NKU is looking for someone who would be able to teach our AST 115 course on Stars, Galaxies, and Cosmology during the Fall semester. The course has two section which are combined for the lecture part. The total workload will be 7 hours (3 h lecture + 2x2h lab). The pay is $6300 for somebody with a masters and less the 6 years of teaching experience, $7000 PhD with less than 3 year of teaching, and $8167 for a master with more than 6 years of teaching experience or PhD with more than 3 years. The course will be fully online and asynchronous, so it really does not matter where you are as long as you have internet. If you would like to do this or if you know somebody who might, please contact me (gruped1@nku.edu) or Nathan de Lee (deleen1@nku.edu) or both of us.
Thanks you very much
All the best
Dirk Grupe
