Copying and pasting text from the web often introduces extraneous formatting which can be hard to remove. The easiest way is to convert it to a text file (.txt), and then edit the plain text.
Additionally, photos from a smartphone or the web are often very large. When inserted into a document, they can make the document too large to easily send. Using Pixlr, one can reduce the file sizes significantly with minimal loss of detail.
This assignment explores these techniques.
