- If the number of applications exceeds capacity, participants will be selected based on their statement of purpose and intended use of JWST data.
- Walk-in participation will not be accepted. All participants must register in advance.
- A confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent after successful submission of the application form.
- Participants will be notified of the selection results in early November 2026.
- Participants will be asked to complete preparatory tasks, including software installation, prior to the workshop.
- Participants wishing to stay at Cosmos Kaikan should indicate this in the application form. Accommodation may be arranged depending on room availability.
