The JW Secretary app works on any device to assist the congregation secretary. You can maintain secure, up-to-date congregation publisher records, quickly identify missing reports, and add emergency contact information. The app includes an online form allowing publishers to submit their reports directly.
The JW Secretary is the only app of its kind to work on all types of devices!
Who would find this app useful?
The JW Secretary app is designed mainly for the congregation secretary and his assistant. Others may also be assigned the use of this app to view and maintain up-to-date contact information for the congregation. Access to various features of the app depends on assigned permissions (please see the Manual above for details).
Where is the data contained in the JW Secretary app stored?
The data you enter is stored on your device and backed up to the server automatically after every edit or change. When you delete a record, it is also deleted on the server. This method of synchronization ensures that your data is recoverable when you loose or change your device.
Is the data secure?
Yes, your data has double layer of protection
To use the app you need to login with your personal account
You can also set up your personal PIN code to protect your data from other users of your device
Why use this app instead of my free contacts app I'm using already?
Contact apps often gather and share information from public sources and your contacts are often associated with your profile. Using the JW Secretary app, all information entered remains secure and is not accessible to anyone who is not approved by the secretary. It also contains features not available in any other contact app.
Can other app users see my personal information?
Each user of this app has to login using their own personal account. Only those specifically approved by the secretary can access the app. No information is ever shared outside of your approved users.
Can my existing list of contacts be imported into this App?
Yes. We can import your existing list of contacts if provided in a spreadsheet or .csv format. Please email or share your file to jwappsvault@gmail.com. There is a one time fee for this service (see our FAQ page for details)

This app replaces the previous version known as JW Family app

moving a publisher profile to another congregation using this app

After ordering your app you will receive an email with two links:
Mobile device installation link
Browser app access link
To install the app on your mobile device, tap on the first link and follow the prompts. It will first direct you to install Appsheet app from either the App Store (for Apple devices) or from Google Play store (for Android devices).
Next, tap on the "Install" button and follow the prompts.
For windows devices use the browser app access link and bookmark it for future reference.
