We are volunteers actively supporting the ministry in our local congregation. The service we provide through this site is not for profit. We use our own apps and want to share them with you. This website is prepared as a reference for the tools we make available.
All apps on this website are designed for our friends involved in the volunteer work of JWs.
The JW Secretary app is designed mainly for the congregation secretary and his assistant. Others may also be assigned the use of this app to view and maintain up-to-date contact information for the congregation. Access to various features of the app depends on assigned permissions (please see the Reference Manual for details).
The Public Talk Scheduler app is designed for the Public Talk Coordinator and his assistant.
Our apps run on Android, Chrome OS, iOS, and Windows devices of any size so you can access your data anytime, anywhere!

Yes, we can import your existing data if provided in a spreadsheet or .csv format

There is a one time fee for this service, based on the number of records and the level of difficulty
The fee ranges from US$10.00 - US$35.00 (we will confirm the amount with you before proceeding)
We never share your information with anyone without your permission. Please see each individual app's page for more details.
Apps we make available are built on the platform of a commercial company using security features allowing needed data protection. Server and platform access, as well as maintenance of the app data are included in the monthly cost.Â
While we regret that we can not offer free access for our brothers, we recognize that time savings and ability to access important information reliably are important factors that for many of us overshadow the cost.
Your subscription covers the cost of access and maintenance of your app.
The platform used for building our apps is based in the US; the cost of using the app platform is passed on to the users in the same currency. If your credit card is issued in a different currency the conversion is applied by your card issuing bank.
Please use the "Contact Us" form to let us know about your cancellation. There is no contract or commitment for any longer than one month. We will keep your app active for two months after your last payment. If you would like to keep your data, please indicate that in a separate email within one week of your cancellation order; we can send it to you in a spreadsheet format or destroy it, your choice.
Your access will be blocked two months after your last payment. We maintain your app for three months, just in case unforeseen occurrence prevents you from making your payment.
After three months of inactivity your app and your data will be erased. At anytime within two months of your last payment, you may request to have your data sent to you in a spreadsheet format.
