I could take a million years walking around a library and enjoy every second. What I like about this path is that I can fall into new adventures whenever, wherever, and with whoever I like. Some of them are wild and dangerous, or some can be calm and sweet.
There are these sets of benches in Moose Jaw that I stop at whenever I visit the city. Every time, I see others taking pictures a few feet away, and it just baffles my mind to think about how many people must’ve stopped to admire the surroundings like me. I sit there, and I think about how I’m doing compared to the last visit.
A part of me is scared by winter. I sometimes can’t fathom how well we are able to live in such cold conditions. I park by the KIN building and stay in the car until time forces me to face the chill of the air. There are times when I think winter is frighteningly beautiful, and then I realize that the lure of it is something all of us has witnessed.
There’s this zoo I visited with my family. Don’t get me wrong— I recall seeing the animals, but seeing this made my whole experience so much better. No signs saying what these flowers were, and they were just placed next to an enclosure of dung. Some of them were weeds, and they were still just as pretty to look at.
