Experiences

Leadership, marketing, and director roles throughout my career have been collectively, lifelong lessons that I will take with me on my journey to assisting others in their path. As a leasing director with the responsibility of training employees and maintaining full capacity at each property, I understand the importance of being a leader and motivating the company as a whole to achieve the desired monthly goals. Marketing with the chamber of commerce and planning monthly member events helped me with organization and showed me the importance of gaining the respect of my colleagues and the people of the community. The invaluable experiences that I've had throughout my professional and educational career have provided me with the key attributes to lead and succeed in any environment. I will take this forward as I approach a new career as an influencer, motivator, and mentor, of living an active healthy lifestyle.
