Graduated with honours in a program of Fitness and Health Promotion at Humber College and continuing an education at University of Guelph-Humber in a program of Kinesiology while working three part time jobs on campus and one off campus.
380+ hours of volunteer hours in the health and fitness industry as well as clinics and rehabilitation setting.
I learned how to be a great leader, communicate effectively, solve problems, collaborate with others, adapt in different situations, manage time wisely, speak in public, and plan events.Â
I learned how to create individualized exercise programs that can be specific to general population, athletic population, and population with injuries.
I plan on becoming a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Strength and Conditoning Specialist.
I plan to continue my education whether it be going to nursing, teacher's college, or acquiring a master's degree.
