I earned my high school diploma from Thomas L. Kennedy Secondary School. After graduating high school, I chose to pursue higher education at Humber College in a program called Fitness and Health Promotion (FHP) where I learned the fundamentals of exercise, anatomy and physiology, injury management, business administration and marketing. The FHP program allowed me to gain insights into what the field is like in personal training and business. After graduating with honours and acquiring a diploma with a cumulative GPA of 85.6%, I decided to continue my education at the University of Guelph-Humber in a program of Kinesiology. Throughout my education, I was able to gain knowledge and experience in the field that I would want to work in the future such as gym facilities and clinics.
