The best way to learn is often by doing. While we have received guidance and advice over the years, a lot of our best lessons have simply come by getting our hands dirty and trying it ourselves. As a result of learning by the school of hard knocks, we have come away with some golden stories. Like the time that it took us 12 hours to plant a 10-acre field, the time that Justin thought he could turn a tractor around in wetlands, the years that we thought we could grow fresh market produce, or the time that Justin drug home a $10 piece of equipment from an auction sale. These stories remain as the pillars of our farming adventure. Have fun reading about lessons learned and misadventures.
