"Announcements". Hit "Create Announcement" and give it a name then type a message. Choose the dates of duration, then click Browse to choose the audio file. Select "Audio Welcome" from the "Start Here" file. Click "Submit".
Based on the information provided in this evaluation, the features to create a site with the ability to make an excellent first impression that allows the students to feel welcome and excited about taking the class as soon as they log in and gives them explicit instruction on how to succeed throughout the class appears more successful in Blackboard Learn. Creating a new customized course homepage was comfortable and offered many features to focus on what is essential while creating an open feeling. Create "Start Here" information in the content modules was straightforward and comfortable for the students to find in both the menu and on the homepage. Adding a "Start Here" link to in news widget was automatic and accessible as soon as the students log in. Customizing the Navbar is two steps and creates a focused site. Posting the audio message in Announcement widget did not allow for a direct recording, but allowed for a smooth upload of an audio file.
