Dr. Joseph has clinical, research and industry experience which is substantiated by various assignments she undertook at AIIMS Delhi, National Law University Delhi, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited, Pearson, Indus Training and Research Institute (ITARI) and Sangath (NGO). She has also been associated with international research collaborations such as ONTRAC (evaluation of a novel neuroplasticity-based training program to remediate cognitive control deficits in ADHD) and Rock-On (Recovery of cognition in kids with ongoing neglect) between All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Brain Plasticity Institute and University of California, San Francisco.
Prior to joining JSLH, she worked as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Christ University, Bangalore. Over the course of her education and professional experience, Dr. Joseph has had the opportunity to work on a myriad of research topics which include, Intersex conditions, ADHD, sleep disorders, and mental health assessment in prisons. This has culminated in research papers published in peer reviewed journals and presentations at conferences in India and Europe.
