RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT

10/12U travel players are required to have their own infield face mask, softball glove, cleats, black baseball pants, and helmet.   We do have a few extras so reach out if you need a loaner/donation.  Jersey's are also required.  You may wear yours from a prior season or order new.

8U/intro to softball players need their own glove, infield face mask, and cleats.  Pants and helmets are optional.  We may have some to donate/loan.   A free T-shirt is included with registration!

• Softball Glove - We do not recommend the synthetic tee ball gloves, they are too small and difficult to use

The Jr. Highlanders softball organization participates in travel leagues intended for girls.  We welcome anyone who identifies as a girl, transgender boys, and non-binary youth.

We want everyone to play!  Scholarships are available on a need basis.  Please let a board member or coach know if your player could benefit from this (or contact us at jrhighlandersoftball@gmail.com).
