Training for speed, agility, and strength can increase performance, mitigate injuries, and improve overall endurance and enjoyment of all sports. We're so excited to partner with ETS Performance to provide this opportunity for Jr Warriors Volleyball players!
ETS Performance provides unparalleled athletic performance training, in the areas of acceleration, deceleration, speed, and overall strength development to athletes of all sports, ages 8 and up. There are two separate programs offered, depending on the age of the athlete:
The Speed Plus program focuses on linear and lateral speed development, deceleration mastery, relative strength and injury mitigation training for youth athletes to establish a foundation for athletic success and performance mastery. They offer five training sessions each week. This is group training, with each session lasting 45min.
The Total Performance program provides individualized and sport specific strength, speed, power, deceleration, movement coordination, and energy system development training to maximize performance and improve injury resilience. They offer 26 training sessions each week. This is individualized training in a group setting, with each session lasting between 60-90min.
Junior Warriors VB athletes are eligible to receive a discount on their membership when they commit to 12, 6, or 3 months of training! Additionally, the families of these athletes will be eligible to receive sibling discounts if two or more athletes in their household commit to training.
