I believe that piece this is one of my best works yet.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the world was shook and thrown into a world of darkness.
To bring joy within the faces and hearts of humanity, I took a picture and drew my family friend (a baby boy); he boasts a vast smile while holding a Gerbera Daisy.
This artwork was selected as the winner of the Young American Talent Colors category and was awarded a cash prize of $250.
This oil painting gave me a feel for colors, especially red.
I took a picture of a red flower found near my school and began blending colors.
I learned a lot from this work, including how to get the floor and my hands messy.
