Styles

There are no styles/styles are missing in either the Character Styles/Paragraph Styles tabs

SOLUTION A (A quick fix when only one or two styles are needed)

• Create a new file by pressing CTRL + N

• Type in any word, highlight it, and click on the paragraph style/character style needed for the original file

• Copy the word into the original file; the style will then appear in the tab

SOLUTION B (When none of the styles is listed)

• Click on the arrow and four lines on the top right corner of the  either the Character Styles/Paragraph Styles tabs

• Press "Load All Text Styles..."

• Go to the Daily Paper folder and double-click on Daily Styles

• Press "Check All" and "OK"
