STEP 1
Click your mouse on the vertical column of dashes on the bar or the dark gray end of the bar, hold down, and drag it to the spot where you want the bar to be fixed.Â
STEP 2
Keep holding down the mouse until you see a faded gray line. If you don't see one, move the mouse around until it shows up.
STEP 3
That's it.
