Retouch the JPEG image with the following three steps.
In the next section, we will look at the details of each step.
When Jpegcoll is launched, the following screen will appear. Specify the processing, images, and press the [Execute] button.
Drag and drop the image into the edit box. Or press the [Open] button next to it, the file dialog opens.
Retouch the image using GIMP, PhotoShop, paint etc. Because JPEGCOLL will replace only the retouched part, it is recommended to make the retouching area as small as possible. Save the image with 24bit or 32bit BMP after retouching.
Lunch Jpegcoll again and specify original JPEG, retouched BMP etc. according to the following image. Pressing the [Execute] button saves the merged JPEG file.
You usually retouch JPEG images directly with GIMP or PhotoShop maybe. You will use Jpegcoll before and after retouching.
Other usage is here.
