This little food diary is a simple tool to help you see what you eat in a day.
Each sheet covers breakfast, lunch and dinner, with space to jot down your foods, estimated calories and a quick star rating for how “heavy” the meal is.
You don’t have to count every calorie perfectly. Just use it as a daily reminder of your eating pattern and to practice more mindful choices.
