## 2. Information You Provide for AI Features
When you use AI capabilities (for example, text-to-video, image-to-video, editing, or enhancement), you may submit:
- Photos or images
- Video clips or files
- Text prompts or other instructions
**How we handle this content**
- Content is sent over encrypted connections to cloud-based processing partners so we can fulfill your request.
- It is used to generate or transform the output you asked for and to operate related features (such as saving results you choose to keep).
- We do not use your uploads to train general-purpose AI models or to improve services for other users.
**Retention**
Uploaded media and prompts are removed after processing completes, unless we must keep them temporarily for:
- Delivering your result (for example, while a job finishes)
- Fraud prevention, abuse detection, or security
- Legal or regulatory requirements
**Face and likeness in media**
If your uploads contain human faces or likenesses:
- We do not identify who someone is.
- We do not perform biometric identification or build face recognition databases.
- Face-related pixels are processed only to apply the visual effects or transformations you request.

## 3. Anonymous Use and Support Data
JoyClip AI does **not** offer user registration, passwords, or third-party sign-in (such as Google or Facebook login). You use the Service through **anonymous access** tied to your device and an app-generated identifier.
We may process:
- An **anonymous user or device identifier** created by the app to deliver features, sync subscriptions or Credits, and prevent abuse
- **Google Play purchase and entitlement data** linked to your Google Play account (not a JoyClip AI login) when you subscribe or buy in-app products
We do not require your email address to use the Service.
If you contact us at **help@aijoyclip.net**, we receive your email address and message content only if you choose to email us. We use this only to respond and resolve support requests.

## 4. Data Collected Automatically
To operate and improve the Service, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device type, operating system version, and app version
- IP address and general region derived from IP
- App interactions (such as feature usage and session events)
- Crash logs and diagnostic reports
- **Android Advertising ID (AAID)** and similar device identifiers where advertising is enabled
We use this data to maintain performance, fix errors, measure feature usage, prevent abuse, and—where applicable—serve and measure ads.

JoyClip AI may show ads through partners such as **Google AdMob**. Ad partners may collect or receive:

- We do not control all processing performed by third-party advertisers.
- We do not sell your personal information.

- You can limit ad tracking or reset your advertising ID in Android settings.
- In the EEA, UK, and other regions where required, we request consent through applicable frameworks (such as Google’s **User Messaging Platform (UMP)**) before serving personalized ads where legally required.
- California residents may have rights regarding “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; see Section 12.

## 6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
When you buy a subscription or consumable in-app products (such as virtual credits) through **Google Play**, Google processes payment and billing records. We receive information needed to grant access (for example, purchase status, product identifiers, and subscription state)—not your full payment card details.

We do not use your uploaded creative content to train shared AI models for other users.

We do not sell personal information. For advertising-related “sharing,” you may use device ad settings and in-app consent tools where offered.
