Seniors may find themselves feeling lonely for a variety of reasons.
• Limited mobility: Many seniors can’t move around like they once did. This makes it difficult for them to shop, visit and celebrate like they used to.
• Loneliness: At times, seniors may feel lonely because they are missing family and friends and remembering what their daily lives used to be like.
