Contracts form an integral part of business, whether you are at the giving or receiving end. They spell out the expectations for all parties involved, which makes it a reference document for performance delivery.
Contracts have their own lifecycle, from the point where they are initiated, then authored, negotiated, approved/signed, executed, managed (in some cases) and renewed (if necessary). Throughout this process, the promisor and the promisee both have obligations to discharge.
This course is designed mainly to help trainees understand how to manage the lifecycle of a contract either as a promisor or a promisee.
The course is designed for Officers & Managers, and is very ideal for those in operations and administration.
Facilitation will be handled by Dr. Juliana Abane.

When creative thinking meets with problem solving, it leads to effectiveness and efficiency, which is exactly what this course seeks to help trainees imbibe.
Aside the discussion of the factors that promote creative thinking, the course will also help trainees to understand the following concepts:
Divergent Thinking
Lateral Thinking
Aesthetic Thinking
System Thinking

This course is designed to help trainees understand how to improve and sustain customer service relationships.
The course is ideally suited to Officers and Managers in client-facing roles, and those directly related to the value creation process. It will be facilitated by Dr. Juliana Abane.
