I was born in Pasadena, California in 1946 but grew up in Temple City. I accepted the Lord Jesus as my
Savior and Lord when age 5 at evangelist Bible Bill’s crusade in the San Gabriel Civic Auditorium.
I have one sister and, together with our parents, we attended Hope Union Church in Rosemead. My
parents were very active and I especially enjoyed the Christian girl’s club, Pioneer Girls. This church was
very missionary-minded and I felt a call to be a full-time worker for the Lord from age 8. I thought I
could best do this by studying Spanish, French, nursing and linguistics.
After failing both nursing and Wycliff’s summer courses twice, it was clear I was not on the right path. I
worked three different jobs as an English typist in the Los Angeles area but thought it would be good to
get a B.A. degree. I chose Communications and graduated from Cal State L.A. Only years later did I
realize that my love for both reading and writing would be my contribution to society, besides raising a
family.
I studied at three different Bible schools; Capernwray in England, Biola (famous!) and Multnomah
School of the Bible in Portland, Oregon. The last two I attended for only one semester. Through a friend
I suddenly became interested in the Jewish people and was drawn to volunteer in Israel. It took only
the first three months of Hebrew study to convince me that I’d found my home. Two Pentecostal
women led the Mt. Zion Fellowship and I lived with this unique group for two years. I was even able to
take valuable courses at the Hebrew University. I had resisted the “charismatic” for about ten years but
was finally ready for a new touch from the Lord. To this day I owe them a debt of gratitude. During a
Friday morning prayer meeting they prayed for a husband for me and I met Michael after one week!
G_d has truly blessed our marriage of 45 years. We have four children and 15 grandchildren. Except for
one family, we’re all in Israel. The CEF training which I did back in 1966 in France (the 1 st summer
training course in Europe!) bore fruit. Consequently G-d in His mercy and faithfulness has “multiplied”
me. Our families span three different “Messianic” congregations here in Israel.
I’ve authored seven books which are for sale on Amazon. The Josephus book has sold hundreds of
copies.
I hope you will be blessed by the videos and articles on my site. Be in touch!
