Jazz Band
The Kerr Jazz Band is a zero-period course designed for serious music students who have already demonstrated superior musicianship skill and dedication in Beginning Band or Concert Band. The class is also for students who already play electric guitar, bass, piano or drum set. Practice at home is required, several evening concerts are graded, & weekend performance field trips are highly encouraged. Note: Parent help and transportation for field trips is needed. Parent request, entrance auditions and teacher approval are all required. Must also be enrolled in Band II.
