Jordan Fletcher is an experienced real estate developer who focuses predominantly on projects within southern Ontario.

Jordan uses his local connections and years of experience to acquire, develop, and manage commercial and mixed-use properties in the Ontario region. He believes in focusing on the fine details of developing and managing properties.

Jordan works closely with local and national offices and institutions for partnerships. He is constantly looking for new development opportunities and joint ventures.

After years of developing and managing properties in the Niagara Region, Jordan has accumulated a deep pool of knowledge that makes him the ideal developer for finding and developing the right properties in these highly competitive marketplaces.

In 2006, Jordan became property manager of Gorge Holdings Inc., a real estate investment and development company focusing on commercial/retail, residential, and industrial developments in southern Ontario. Gorge Holdings Inc. has developments and holdings in St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, Thorold, Niagara on the Lake, and London, Ontario.

As property manager, Jordan managed leases, tenant relations, property maintenance, renovations and new construction projects, and rent collection. He became president of the company in 2010, overseeing the business operations and expanding the company’s portfolio through acquisitions and developing new properties.

Jordan aims to further grow the company by diversifying and expanding its portfolio and capitalizing on promising markets.
