The Kitchen Garden produces a wide variety of organic vegetables using only natural methods of composting and pest/disease control. Every attempt is made to work with nature including not digging the ground where possible, avoiding disturbance to the micro-organisms that convert carbon to nitrogen that feeds the plants. Surplus vegetables, in season, will be available through local markets and when visiting.
