Trained as 3D Printing Developer

Printer Repairs: Found parts for 3D-printer repairs; repaired 3D printers with parts. 

Built/Created: a filament fuser prototype using a heating extruder with a Dremel tool; used the heating element wire/connector from the 3d printing motor control to heat the element; successfully fusing two pieces of filament. 

Design (CAD) / 3D Modeling, & 3D print optimization. Built 3D models in Maya and/or blender. Imported a maker file and successfully created a 3D printed Resin Eiffel Tower (maybe).

Set-up the Shimberg Library 3D Printing Lab with AVC Staff

Set-up Workstations: Set up two table desk workstations. 

Built Shelving and Organized 3D-printing lab: Built 2 heavy duty shelving units, plugged in surge protectors and extension cords, plugged in 3d-printers after loading onto shelves; Unboxed 3d-printing filaments and organized by color and material on storage shelves.  

Organized 3D Printing Lab: Bought storage bins from dollar store for tool storage to keep from losing tools. 

Unpacking and Physical Set-up: 10-20 3d printers including: 4-6 new MakerBot Replicators? 4-6 new Flash forges? 2 new-Raise3dPros, and new 1-2 FLSun printers and placed on shelves.

Set-up/Installed 10-20 3d Printers: Installed, calibrated, and tested settings and recipes for maybe 4-8 Flash forge printers; Installed, Calibrated, and tested settings/recipes for maybe 4-6 MakerBot replicators; Installed, calibrated, connected wirelessly to workstation computer network and tested two Raise3Dpro Printers.  

3D Print Modeling; Trained and trained others on 3D Modeling Software: Maya 3D and 3D Printing Software: Ulti Maker Cura 3D printing. 

3D Printers: Trained and trained others on the following 3d printers: Maker Bot Replicator, Flsun Delta, Flash forge; and 3D Print Settings for 3D print Optimization.
