For this assignment we used diagrams.net to create our very own mindmap. It needed 4 goals and 3 actions for each goal. Mine was about putting on more muscle and losing weight.
I decided to brainstorm things that would help me accomplish my goals. This led me to 4 goals which are be more focused, be more active, eating better and staying hydrated. Then I explored each action to figure out what I can do to be successful in these situations.
