Joe Macula

I am a PhD candidate in mathematics at the University of Colorado Boulder, advised by Katherine Stange. I am currently on the job market! 

My research interests are in algebraic number theory and arithmetic geometry, particularly in the context of isogeny-based cryptography. 

Prior to graduate school, I was a Program Analyst in the US EPA's Office of Brownfields and Land Revitalization and a Peace Corps volunteer in Georgia.
