Summary
We are developing the "Perovskite solar cells" based on different configurations and trying to make it stable. We used state-of-the-art experimental techniques in order to develop and to analyze deep insight of large area Perovskite solar cells including TRPL, high-resolution TEM, and XPS spectroscopy. Recently, we have developed highly air-stable perovskite solar cells based on all metal oxide based electron transposing layer and hole transporting layer with >23.5 % power conversion efficiency. In addition, we are also working on Solar fuel and polymer composite materials from bio-degradable polymers. In addition, we have several research projects from Hyundai PE (for silica Aerogel) and Rubber processing technology.
