本課程涵蓋奈米結構材料合成、鑑定、特性與應用,除介紹外與專論式研討,並輔以頂尖期刊論文導讀與討論、研究成果報告與討論。逐一探討各種功能元件與材料之主要製程、鑑定、特性與應用。課程內容:功能元件與材料特性,包括:電子元件、新穎性觸媒材料、綠能( green energy)如太陽能、儲能(energy storage)元件等。內容包括奈米科技介紹、低維奈米結構材料、奈米製程、奈米檢測、奈米材料特性(電子、光子、磁學)、奈米感應器等。

This course covers the synthesis, characteristics, and application of nanostructured materials and the introduction of the top journal papers. The course contents are included: The introduction of the materials manufacturing process, characteristics, and applications of various functional components. Course content including functional components and material properties, including electronic components, novel catalyst materials, green energy such as solar energy, energy storage components, etc. The content includes the introduction of nanotechnology, low-dimensional nanostructured materials, synthesis of low-dimensional nanomaterials, and physical properties of nanomaterials (electronics, photons, magnetism, chemical properties ), nanosensor, etc.
