The JMC Student Senate Constituion serves as the foundation for the elected senate memebers. It outlines the structure, purpose, and operations of the James Madison College Student Senate. 

The Constitution works as a way to define roles and responsibilites of Senate members including the elected representatives and executive board, and provides guidelines for elections, meetings, decision-making processes, and accountability. It also enusres that the Senate operates in a fair and inclusive manner.
