Aims and Scope

Journal of Korean Medical Classics(JKMC) is peer-reviewed journal published quarterly.

This journal seeks to understand the knowledge of traditional medicine and to encourage the basic researchers to explore the understanding behind the Traditional Korean Medicine.

Its scope includes theory, literature research(translation included), basic and clinical experiment, traditional medical informatics, case report, etc.

It began to be published from April 27, 1987. It had been published annually from 1987 to 1997, biannually from 1998 to 2003, quarterly from 2004 to 2009, hexa-annually from 2010 to 2011. It is published quarterly on 25 of February, May, August and November from 2012.
