Welcome

We explore emerging nanoelectronic devices such as resistive switching memories and neuromorphic synaptic and neuronal devices for next-generation computing systems. Our purpose is to perform interdisciplinary research including device fabrication and characterization, device modeling, and circuit/system-level analysis.
