I’m a sophomore at Carlmont High School and a staff writer for Scot Scoop. My work spans local government policy, housing equity, youth justice reform, and community culture. I also serve as a Juvenile Justice and Parks and Recreation youth commissioner.
I aim to go beyond official announcements to show how policies affect everyday people. I'm looking to expand my reporting to explore how local issues relate to wider social and political trends.
Outside the newsroom, you can find me reading, volunteering, watching political debates, or overthinking Tyler, the Creator lyrics.
