Martial Arts
Although it is originally for neutralizing foes, it is, for me, just to keep my health and have fun while I'm trying to balance body postures and coordinate movements.
Especially now, I'm not seeking for Jet Lee style, but rather Oogway character in KungFu Panda animation :).
Taichi Quan (太極拳) "An internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. Taichi is the main martial art style I've been practicing on regular basis since early 2004.
