Jing Wang (王京)

Jing Wang completed a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2012 and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Penn State University in 2018 with Prof. Tak Sing Wong. Prior to joining SJTU in 2022, he was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering at University of Michigan with Prof. Neil Dasgupta and Prof. Anish Tuteja. He is the recipient of the NSFC Fund for Excellent Young Scholars (overseas), "Deep Blue" Project Faculty Award, 2022 36kr Global Chinese Elite Power 100, and Forbs Overseas Returnees 100.
