In the lower Menu-Bar of the Video-Window click on the Gear-icon and it will read "Settings."
Click the Gear-icon again and a Menu-Window pops up.
Click on "Playback-Speed,"Normal" on the right.
Another Window pops up.
Click on a number above "Normal" for Slow-Mo, below, for Fast-Mo.
Enjoy the videos.
