As a proficient manager, I oversee a team of 15 kitchen staff members, ensuring menu quality, meal safety, organizational efficiency, and precise execution. I play a pivotal role in supporting the hiring process, managing reprimands, and devising weekly staff schedules. By fostering a collaborative environment, I have successfully enhanced operational efficiency by engaging with both team members and patients to identify and implement viable solutions. I specialize in reviewing records and evaluating the nutritional status of at-risk residents, including individuals with unplanned weight changes, skin breakdown, and abnormal laboratory values. My expertise extends to providing tailored nutrition counseling and conducting assessments for patients with diverse health concerns such as endocrine, cardiac, renal, gastrointestinal issues, and weight management, adhering rigorously to state and federal regulations.
