Helping young learners grow academically, socially, and emotionally has been at the heart of my work in education. My experiences across early childhood through upper elementary have given me a broad understanding of child development and the importance of laying strong foundations during the elementary years. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, a Master’s in Administration and Leadership, and a minor in Middle School Social Studies, which collectively support my well-rounded view of student growth and learning progression.
Throughout my career, I have been a strong advocate for early intervention and building meaningful partnerships with families. I’ve worked closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to create systems that foster home-school collaboration, knowing that these partnerships increase a child’s long-term success by over 75%. These early years are critical for building student confidence, curiosity, and connection—setting the tone for future learning.
I’m proud to work in a district that values collaboration, innovation, and whole-child support. These experiences have strengthened my belief that elementary success stems from strong relationships, responsive leadership, and a positive school culture. As a principal, I look forward to continuing this work—partnering with staff and families to create a safe, joyful environment where every student feels seen, supported, and challenged.
