What are J’Expat Workshops?
Workshops are a great opportunity for foreign residents like you to come together and discuss your experiences as ex-pats, and to find lasting solutions to the problems or challenges you may be facing in the role of “foreigner.”
Workshops will be lead by a facilitator who will guide you to the solutions that will make life in Japan enjoyable and more comfortable. Depending on the needs of the group, a workshop could contain anything from yoga, meditation, hypnotherapy, supermarket excursions, or any other number of useful skills or activities that will make day-to-day life more manageable. Experts in various fields will lead activities and discussions in a warm and inviting environment in central Nagoya.
