Jessica Brennan Health is a health coaching practice that works as a team with Regenerative and Sports Medicine. I can provide you with the coaching you need to get to the root cause of your issues, but if we need prescribing for BHRT (Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy), thyroid or autoimmune conditions, we must work with the team to get blood work and the medications you need.
I also have extensive experience coaching those using semaglutide (Ozempic) or tirzepitide (Mounjaro) and are looking to get optimal results with their peptide therapy the healthy way!
If you are just looking to work on the foundations of your health, achieve health optimization, reach a health goal or alleviate symptoms, then working with me without a prescriber is also a great option! Who is this for?
If you want to work with me and know that you potentially will need thyroid therapy, have autoimmunity or need bio-identical hormone therapy (BHRT). This intial package is for those that do not have a prescriber that is willing to work with them for prescriptions or blood work.
If you have a health care provider that is willing to work with you, then choose a la carte consultation and use the blood work list provided to take to your provider.
This includes:

Initial consult with Jessica $210
Initial consult with NP Kristin (Regenerative and Sports Medicine) for prescribing $430
Not included: prescriptions, supplements
Prescriber add-on available (one year: initial, 90 day and 6 month follow up and 3x blood work requisitions)
