The Digital Marketing Center provides students with the opportunity to work in teams with a client in the community. We then can create websites, write web content, use SEO skills, and work under a design lead for the good of the client.
While working with 88.3 The Sting on the student board of directors, I have had the chance to create many different forms of content for the station's social media. This includes graphics, long-form video, and short Instagram reels.
Through my college's University Relations department, I was able to write articles for the school's website, pitch a story to a larger newspaper (that received pickup), and create a TikTok/Instagram reel about having WBWC 88.3 The Sting on campus.
