Below is a list of the events I have organised, as well as links to the pages where you can find more details about exactly what happened at them. These events are in reverse chronological order, so the most recent is first.

The Great Western Number Theory Seminar

I, along with 8 others, organise a three-times-a-year seminar on Number Theory, designed to connect Number Theory departments in the South West of the UK

The Spring of Rational Points II

In May 2025, Jessica Alessandrì and I organised a 1 day workshop at the University of Bath featuring 7 talks all about rational points on varieties.

Chabauty-Coleman and Quadratic Chabauty-Coleman

In Autumn 2024, I organised a study group to study the Chabauty-Coleman method of finding rational points on curves. We then extended to looking at a geometric version of "quadratic Chabauty-Coleman".

Smooth Profinite Groups

In Autumn 2022, I organised a study group to study the series of papers "Smooth Profinite Groups" by Charles de Clerq and Mathieu Florence. These papers originally claimed to prove the Norm-Residue Isomorphism theorem without having to appeal to motivic homotopy theory. Sadly there is an error in the proof, but the techniques are still interesting and valuable to study!

Junior Number Theroy (2020-21)

In the academic year 2020-21, Soham Karwa and I organised the London Junior Number Theory seminar: a seminar designed for PhD students to attend and give talks about Number Theory.

Étale Homotopy and Rational Points
