With COVID vaccines rolling out recently citizens across the globe are wondering if we should start resuming our lives as normal or should we still proceed with caution as if we never got the vaccine in the first place. Are normal human functions returning to what they once were pre-COVID? I analyze the opinion of Kent Sepkowitz called, “I got vaccinated. What now?” In this article Kent Sepkowitz goes over his experiences of getting vaccinated and how he goes about his everyday normal life. Health officials want to start easing up on the restrictions of the guidelines that the CDC has instilled upon our nation. For example, health officials want to start opening restaurants and other various indoor public locations as we start seeing vaccines being distributed amongst citizens. Kent Sepkowitz also goes into further detail about the guilt and the judgement he receives and will receive once he is out and about his daily life. He refers to the experience of being in an elevator, his worries consist of whether he should go back to his normal ways of pressing the button with his fingers, or should he use his elbow? Is he safe to take his mask off or would it just be a good idea to keep it on?
