Welcome to my portfolio !
My name is Jérémy L. Auclair, and I am currently a Master 2 student in Game programming in the CNAM ENJMIN (National School of Video Games and Interactive Media).
Already graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Game Programming and Computer Sciences in UQAC (University of Québec in Chicoutimi), I had the opportunity to work on multiple game projects, including participating to the 2023 Ubisoft Game Lab Competition where my team was nominated in 4 categories.
I love to design and program complex and intricate game systems and make lots of gizmos and custom windows to make them look as polished and clean as possible, and as enjoyable and intuitive to use as possible, be it by myself or by someone else later.
I also enjoy simulating group behaviors, like herds of enemies or crowd of NPCs.
The JMIN's master degree regroup students of 6 different specialties ( game design, sound design, graphic design, programming, ergonomics and management ) with shared course and group projects, allowing us to better understand what each specialty does and to work in teams with several specialties.
In this portfolio, I will present my work in the aforementioned Ubisoft Game Lab Competition's project (January - April 2023), my Master 1 project (April - June 2024), and introduce you my current project (October 2024 - February 2025) . You will also be able to find information on other projects I had the opportunity to work on, and my resume.

Master 1 project : 3 months to create a video game.
Rythm game with an alternative controller
In Ready, Set, Jam !, use your musical prowess and rhythmic skills to answer requests from a difficult crowd ! Equipped with your DJ mixer in real life instead of a usual controller, modulate the flow of your sound and create some sick jams ! Experiment and freestyle or try and match the pace for an awesome rhythm game experience !
Master 1 Essay
After my work on the crowd of Ready, Set, Jam! I felt that more could be done, that more tools of DOTS could be used to create crowds with a higher number of NPCs. So I used ECS, the Jobs System and Latios Framework to simulate a crowd of 1000 NPCs pogo-ing.
Master 1 assessment : 2 weeks to create a C++ game from scratch
