Jeremiah 29:11
Looking for Hope, Strength, Peace, and Comfort
11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
As I read these words of Scripture, I do so looking for hope, strength, peace, and comfort in my Father and His Son...Scripture says: Psalm 46:10: "Be still, and know that I AM God...I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!"...Isaiah 43:1: "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are mine."...Jeremiah 29:11: "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."...Matthew 6:34: "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself...Each day has enough trouble of its own."...Philippians 4:6-7: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God...And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."...
And so I pray: Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart filled with both anticipation and a touch of fear and anxiety....Tomorrow, I will undergo a medical procedure, and I ask for Your Divine guidance and protection throughout the process of this procedure...
I trust in You LORD with Your healing power and Your LOVING care.... Please surround me with Your peace and comfort and hope, dispelling any anxiety or doubt...Grant me courage and strength to face this challenge with faith and trust in Your Will...
LORD, I know that You are in control of all things...With Your LOVE and Care that You provide will bring me strength and comfort...I pray that You will guide the hands of the medical professionals and grant them wisdom and skill...May Your healing touch be upon me, restoring me to full health and vitality...
I believe in the LORD, I hope in the LORD, and I trust in You Father...
I thank You for the gift of life and for the opportunity to experience Your LOVE and mercy...Please be with me tomorrow, and may Your presence fill me with hope and peace...In Jesus' name I pray this...Amen...
