My role in supporting the Photoshop Camera PsCamera Insiders was to manage the entire process from inviting the user into the invite-only Facebook Group and engaged with our Power Users to gather insights, feedback, user interviews, research, and testing future features.

I worked closely with the Product, Marketing, Lens Producer, Engineering, QE, and Legal teams to manage engagement, feedback, testing, surveys, polls, invites, content creation, Terms of Service, and NDAs for the Facebook Group.
